  • 120 g almond milk
  • 45 g fine rolled oats
  • 100 g Skyr natural
  • 80 g fresh mango
  • 40 g freeze-dried mango
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 10 g shredded coconut
  • 10 g maple syrup
  • 1 g fresh blueberries

Place all ingredients (except the blueberries for garnish) in a blender and blend everything into a smooth paste with a dough-like consistency. If the consistency is too liquid, add another tablespoon of rolled oats; if it's too firm, stir in a little more almond milk.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl or glasses and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Before serving, garnish with fresh blueberries, shredded coconut, chia seeds, or other toppings as desired.
