  • 6 apricots
  • 2 tsp Brown Cane Sugar
  • 20 ml Lime juice
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 handful Fresh mint
  • Sparkling mineral water
  • Ice cubes

    Pit the apricots, halve them, and place them in a blender with one tablespoon of water. Blend into a fine puree. For an extra smooth result, the mixture can also be strained through a fine sieve.

    In each glass, add lime juice, a slice of lime, one teaspoon of brown cane sugar, and a few mint leaves. Muddle the mixture vigorously with a muddler to release the flavors. Then, add three teaspoons of the apricot puree to each glass.

    Fill the glasses with ice cubes, top with sparkling mineral water, and stir everything well. Serve with a straw. For an alcoholic version, white rum can be added as desired.
