Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place it in a blender along with the peeled banana.

Add cocoa powder (or carob powder) and sweeten with a little agave syrup to taste.

Chef's tip

For an extra cool refreshment, you can slice the banana and freeze it briefly before blending.
