Ingredients overview
- 30 g gluten-free oat flakes
- 120 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
- 1⁄2 banana (approx. 50 g)
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- 10 g chia seeds
- 5 g baking cocoa
Prepare two small bowls: In the first bowl, mix the oat flakes with 70 ml milk and the mashed banana. In the second bowl, stir the remaining milk (50 ml) with the chia seeds and baking cocoa.
Take a tall glass (approx. 200 ml capacity) and first layer the oat flake mixture into it. Add half of the raspberries on top, then pour in the chocolate chia pudding. Garnish with the remaining raspberries.
Cover the glass and place it in the refrigerator overnight (for at least 8 hours) so that the oat flakes and chia seeds can swell. Enjoy directly in the morning!
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can simply replace cow's milk with an oat or almond drink.
