- 3 bananas (approx. 400 g)
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa (approx. 10 g)
- 50 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp peanut butter (approx. 25 g)
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
First, peel 2 of the bananas, slice them thinly, and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight). Set aside the third banana for the topping.
Put the frozen banana slices into a blender. Add baking cocoa, milk, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and blend everything until a completely smooth, creamy mixture is formed. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
Slice the remaining banana. First, sprinkle the smoothie bowl with coconut flakes and finely chopped dark chocolate. Then arrange the fresh banana slices on top. Finally, drizzle the remaining teaspoon of peanut butter over it and enjoy the bowl immediately.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can simply replace cow's milk with oat or almond milk.
If your blender has difficulty with the frozen bananas, let them thaw slightly for 5 minutes before blending.
