- 3 pcs Bananas (approx. 400 g)
- 1 tbsp Baking cocoa
- 50 ml Whole milk 3.5%
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Smooth peanut butter (approx. 25 g)
- 1 tbsp Shredded coconut
- 1 tsp Dark chocolate 70% (chopped)
Preparation
First, peel 2 of the bananas, slice them thinly, and freeze them in a freezer bag for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight). Set aside the third banana for the topping.
Preparation & Serving
Place the frozen banana slices in a high-speed blender. Add baking cocoa, milk, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and blend everything until a completely smooth, creamy mixture is formed. Immediately pour the mixture into a bowl.
Slice the reserved banana. First, sprinkle the smoothie bowl with shredded coconut and chopped dark chocolate. Then arrange the fresh banana slices on top. Finally, drizzle with the remaining teaspoon of peanut butter and enjoy immediately.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can simply replace cow's milk with oat or almond milk.
