  • 300 g frozen mango cubes
  • 300 g frozen pineapple cubes
  • 200 g natural yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 medium banana (approx. 160 g)
Toppings
  • 1 small kiwi (approx. 70 g)
  • 10 g coconut chips
  • 10 g unpeeled almonds

Roughly chop the almonds. Peel the banana and kiwi and slice both.

Place the banana slices together with the frozen mango cubes, frozen pineapple cubes, and natural yogurt into a blender. Blend everything on the highest setting until a completely smooth and creamy mixture is formed.

Divide the smoothie mixture into two bowls. Garnish each portion with the kiwi slices, coconut chips, and chopped almonds and enjoy immediately.

Chef's tip

If you cannot find frozen fruits, you can peel and dice fresh fruit and freeze it for at least 4 hours. This will make the bowl extra creamy and cool.
