Ingredients
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 40 g chia seeds
- 30 g liquid honey
- 1 ripe mango
- some leaves fresh mint
- 10 g hazelnut kernels
Preparation
- 1Place Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl. Mix everything well so that the seeds are evenly distributed.
- 2Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small cubes or fine slices. Alternatively, the mango can also be blended into a fine puree.
- 3Fill glasses with the yogurt mixture, arrange the mango pieces (or puree) on top, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and chopped hazelnuts.
- 4Refrigerate the glasses for at least 1 hour or, preferably, overnight, so that the chia seeds can swell and the yogurt develops a pudding-like consistency. Serve cold.

Tipp: Für eine vegane Variante kannst du den griechischen Joghurt durch eine Kokos-Alternative ersetzen und statt Honig Agavendicksaft verwenden. Besonders lecker schmeckt es, wenn du die Haselnüsse kurz in der Pfanne anröstest!
