Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the green parts, and place them in a blender along with the cottage cheese and honey. Blend everything until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe, sealable container and place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Remove the ice cream after freezing time and enjoy immediately. Since it contains no preservatives, it is not suitable for long-term storage.
Chef's tip
Vary the fruit as desired: Bananas, blueberries, or raspberries are also excellent for this quick recipe.
