  • 200 g strawberries
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey

Wash the strawberries, remove the green tops, and place them in a blender along with the cottage cheese and honey. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe, sealable container and place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

After freezing, remove the ice cream and enjoy immediately. As it contains no preservatives, it is not suitable for long-term storage.

Chef's tip

Vary the fruit as desired: Bananas, blueberries, or raspberries are also excellent for this recipe.
