Ingredients
- 1 can of Chickpeas
- 100 g of Peanut Butter
- 40 g of Maple Syrup
- 25 g of Cocoa Powder
- 60 ml of Almond Milk
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 2 handfuls of Fresh Strawberries
- 1 handful of Chopped Pistachios
- 4 pieces of Whole Grain Biscuits
- 1 tbsp of Freeze-dried Raspberries
Preparation
- 1Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Place them in a blender, add 70 g peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, almond milk, and a pinch of salt. Blend until a smooth paste forms.
- 2If the hummus is still too thick, add a little more milk or syrup.
- 3Remove the green tops from the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Break the butter biscuits into coarse pieces and finely chop the pistachios.
- 4Decorate the inside of the glasses with the remaining peanut butter. Add a layer of chocolate hummus to the bottom.
