Ingredients

  • 1 can of Chickpeas
  • 100 g of Peanut Butter
  • 40 g of Maple Syrup
  • 25 g of Cocoa Powder
  • 60 ml of Almond Milk
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 2 handfuls of Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 handful of Chopped Pistachios
  • 4 pieces of Whole Grain Biscuits
  • 1 tbsp of Freeze-dried Raspberries

Preparation

    Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Place them in a blender, add 70 g peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, almond milk, and a pinch of salt. Blend until a smooth paste forms.

    If the hummus is still too thick, add a little more milk or syrup.

    Remove the green tops from the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Break the butter biscuits into coarse pieces and finely chop the pistachios.

    Decorate the inside of the glasses with the remaining peanut butter. Add a layer of chocolate hummus to the bottom.
