Finely purée the strawberries (fresh or thawed) together with the honey.

Whip the whipping cream stiff in a bowl. Then carefully fold in the low-fat quark and the strawberry-honey purée and stir everything briefly until smooth.

Fill the cream into small bowls. Decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries – for children, you can playfully create small animal faces like cats, bears, or pigs.

Tip

For a particularly delicate note, you can add a pinch of vanilla pulp to the cream. If you prefer it less sweet, simply reduce the amount of honey.
