Ingredients
- 8 pcs Rambutan (or Lychees)
- 100 g Pineapple
- 140 ml Coconut milk
- 200 ml Coconut water
Preparation
- 1Peel the rambutans (or lychees) and remove the pit. Set the fruit pulp aside.
- 2Cut the fresh pineapple into small pieces.
- 3Place the prepared fruit together with the coconut milk and coconut water in a blender. Blend everything on the highest setting until a creamy, smooth smoothie is formed. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For an extra cool refreshment, you can briefly freeze the pineapple pieces before blending or add a few ice cubes.
