Ingredients

  • 50 g oats
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g raw sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g plant-based butter
  • 500 g apples
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp cranberries
  • 100 g plant-based vanilla ice cream

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Wash apples and cut into small cubes. Place in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with lemon juice.

    For the crumble, mix the flour, oats, salt, raw sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut plant-based butter into cubes, add, and knead with your hands until crumbly streusel form.

    Spread the crumble over the apples, add almond flakes and, if desired, a little more raw sugar.

    Bake for approx. 30 min until golden brown. Let cool slightly, decorate with powdered sugar and cranberries, and serve with vanilla ice cream.
