Ingredients
- 50 g oats
- 100 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g raw sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g plant-based butter
- 500 g apples
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 2 tbsp cranberries
- 100 g plant-based vanilla ice cream
Preparation
- 1Preheat oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Wash apples and cut into small cubes. Place in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
- 2For the crumble, mix the flour, oats, salt, raw sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut plant-based butter into cubes, add, and knead with your hands until crumbly streusel form.
- 3Spread the crumble over the apples, add almond flakes and, if desired, a little more raw sugar.
- 4Bake for approx. 30 min until golden brown. Let cool slightly, decorate with powdered sugar and cranberries, and serve with vanilla ice cream.
