First, prepare three glasses (approx. 250 ml capacity) in which the overnight oats will be layered.

Place the oats, a pinch of salt, and half of the cocoa (5 g) in a medium bowl. Mix well. Then add the honey, almond milk, water, espresso, yogurt, mascarpone, and vanilla extract. Stir everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Distribute the mixture evenly among the prepared glasses. Cover them and let them soak overnight (or for at least 6 hours) in the refrigerator.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can replace the mascarpone with a plant-based alternative and the honey with maple syrup.
