  • 1 pc. Burrata
  • 2 pcs. Peaches
  • 2 slices Sourdough bread
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze

Preparation

    Wash the peaches, pit them, and cut them into wedges. Heat a pan with a little vegetable oil and fry the peach wedges until golden brown on both sides.

    Meanwhile, toast the bread slices until crispy in a toaster or a second pan.

    Arrange the toasted bread slices on plates. Carefully halve or tear the burrata and spread it on the bread. Top with arugula and the warm peach wedges.

    Finally, garnish with fresh basil leaves and generously drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
Tip
For an even more intense aroma, you can rub the bread with a halved garlic clove before topping.
