Smoothie Base

  • 300 g frozen mango pieces
  • 300 g frozen pineapple pieces
  • 200 g natural yogurt (3.5 % fat)
  • 160 g banana (approx. 1 piece)

Toppings

  • 70 g kiwi (approx. 1 piece)
  • 10 g coconut chips
  • 10 g unpeeled almonds

Preparation

    Roughly chop the almonds. Peel the banana and kiwi and slice both.

    Place the banana slices together with the frozen mango pieces, frozen pineapple pieces, and natural yogurt into a blender. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

    Divide the smoothie mixture into two bowls. Garnish each portion with kiwi slices, coconut chips, and chopped almonds and serve immediately.
Tip
If you don't have frozen fruit on hand, you can also use fresh mango and pineapple. Simply cut them into cubes and freeze them for at least 4 hours to achieve the perfect consistency.
