Ingredients
- 1 pc. Burrata
- 2 pcs. Peaches
- 2 slices Sourdough bread
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
Preparation
- 1Wash the peaches, pit them, and cut them into wedges. Heat a pan with a little vegetable oil and fry the peach wedges until golden brown on both sides.
- 2Meanwhile, toast the bread slices until crispy in a toaster or a second pan.
- 3Arrange the toasted bread slices on plates. Carefully halve or tear the burrata and spread it on the bread. Top with arugula and the warm peach wedges.
- 4Finally, garnish with fresh basil leaves and generously drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
Tip
For an even more intense aroma, you can rub the bread with a halved garlic clove before topping.
