  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 40 g Chia seeds
  • 30 g Liquid honey
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 10 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 1 bunch fresh mint

Preparation

    Thoroughly mix Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl until the seeds are evenly distributed.

    Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small cubes or fine slices. Alternatively, the mango can also be blended into a fine puree.

    Divide the yogurt mixture among glasses and layer with the mango pieces (or puree). Garnish with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over top.

    Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or, ideally, overnight, so that the chia seeds can swell and the yogurt achieves a pudding-like consistency. Serve cold.
Tip
For a vegan version, you can replace Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and honey with agave syrup.
