Ingredients
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 40 g Chia seeds
- 30 g Liquid honey
- 1 ripe mango
- 10 g Hazelnut kernels
- 1 bunch fresh mint
Preparation
- 1Thoroughly mix Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl until the seeds are evenly distributed.
- 2Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small cubes or fine slices. Alternatively, the mango can also be blended into a fine puree.
- 3Divide the yogurt mixture among glasses and layer with the mango pieces (or puree). Garnish with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over top.
- 4Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or, ideally, overnight, so that the chia seeds can swell and the yogurt achieves a pudding-like consistency. Serve cold.
Tip
For a vegan version, you can replace Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and honey with agave syrup.
