Ingredients
- 6 apricots
- 2 tsp Brown Cane Sugar
- 20 ml Lime juice
- 1/2 lime
- 1 handful Fresh mint
- Sparkling mineral water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- 1Pit the apricots, halve them, and place them in a blender with one tablespoon of water. Blend into a fine puree. For an extra smooth result, the mixture can also be strained through a fine sieve.
- 2In each glass, add lime juice, a slice of lime, one teaspoon of brown cane sugar, and a few mint leaves. Muddle the mixture vigorously with a muddler to release the flavors. Then, add three teaspoons of the apricot puree to each glass.
- 3Fill the glasses with ice cubes, top with sparkling mineral water, and stir everything well. Serve with a straw. For an alcoholic version, white rum can be added as desired.
