Ingredients
- 600 g strawberries
- 200 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 125 g cold butter
Preparation
- 1Wash the strawberries, remove the green parts, and dice them finely.
- 2For the crumble topping, knead together flour, sugar, and butter.
- 3Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection: 160 degrees).
- 4Place the strawberries in a baking dish (24 x 18 cm) and cover with the crumble topping.
- 5Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 12-15 min until golden brown. Enjoy lukewarm.
