  • 600 g strawberries
  • 200 g flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 125 g cold butter

Preparation

    Wash the strawberries, remove the green tops, and dice them.

    For the crumble topping, knead together flour, sugar, and butter.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection: 160 degrees).

    Place the strawberries in a baking dish (24 x 18 cm) and cover with the crumble.

    Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 12-15 min. until golden brown. Enjoy lukewarm.
