Ingredients
- 2-3 cm of ginger root
- 1 liter of water (still or tap water)
Preparation
- 1Bring water to a brief boil. Meanwhile, wash and dry the organic ginger and cut it into very thin slices.
- 2Then pour the hot water over the ginger slices. Depending on your taste, remove the ginger slices from the still hot water after a few minutes. Let the ginger water cool down afterwards and enjoy immediately.
Tip
If you are not using organic ginger, peel the root to be safe. And if you prefer a particularly intense ginger flavor, simply leave the ginger slices in the water. It's quite spicy, but your immune system will thank you for it.
