Preparation method
Put water, sugar, and lemon juice into a small pot. Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for a few minutes until a syrup forms that no longer contains sugar crystals.
Prepare the fruit, meaning clean, wash, and cut it into small pieces depending on the variety. Puree finely (if there are many seeds, possibly strain through a sieve).
Mix the sugar syrup with the fruit puree and let everything cool down. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions (takes approx. 20-60 minutes depending on the device). Alternatively, place in a suitable container and freeze for 3-5 hours, mixing vigorously every 30-60 minutes.
