Ingredients
- 150 grams Natural yogurt
- 250 milliliters Fresh milk
- 60 grams Oat flakes
- 1 tbsp Liquid honey
- 1 tbsp chopped Hazelnuts
- 8 grams fresh Mint
Preparation
- 1Thaw the frozen berries. For preventive reasons against potential pathogens, it is currently recommended to heat frozen fruit to a core temperature of 90 °C before further preparation. Afterwards, blend vigorously together with oat flakes, honey, natural yogurt, and low-fat milk in a food processor or with an immersion blender until a smooth and creamy fruit mixture is formed. Then divide the shake among 4 glasses.
- 2Now roughly chop the hazelnuts, sprinkle them as a topping over the shakes, garnish with mint, and serve.
Tip
Want to spice up your breakfast shake even more? For an extra protein kick, you can also use quark or protein powder. Furthermore, you can replace the frozen berry mix with your favorite fruit. There are no limits to your imagination.
