Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Wash the peaches, halve them, remove the pit, and place the halves cut-side up on the baking sheet. (Optionally, the peaches can be peeled beforehand).

In a small bowl, mix the ground almonds with oats, half of the honey (20 g), coconut oil, cinnamon, and baking powder to form a crumbly mixture. Distribute the crumble evenly over the peach halves.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can replace the honey with maple syrup and the milk with an oat or almond drink.
