Ingredients
- 1 pc. Burrata
- 2 pcs. Peaches
- 2 slices Sourdough bread
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 handful fresh Basil

- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
Preparation
- 1Wash the peaches, pit them, and cut into wedges. Heat a pan with a little vegetable oil and fry the peach wedges until golden brown on both sides.
- 2Meanwhile, toast the bread slices until crispy in a toaster or a pan.
- 3Spread the toasted bread slices with creamy burrata. Distribute a handful of arugula and the fried peach wedges on top of each.
- 4Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle generously with balsamic glaze. Enjoy immediately!
Tip
For a special aroma, you can also grill the peaches. A squeeze of lemon juice over the burrata provides extra freshness.
