Ingredients

  • 1 pc. Burrata
  • 2 pcs. Peaches
  • 2 slices Sourdough bread
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • 1 handful fresh Basil

Pantry

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze

Preparation

    Wash the peaches, pit them, and cut into wedges. Heat a pan with a little vegetable oil and fry the peach wedges until golden brown on both sides.

    Meanwhile, toast the bread slices until crispy in a toaster or a pan.

    Spread the toasted bread slices with creamy burrata. Distribute a handful of arugula and the fried peach wedges on top of each.

    Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle generously with balsamic glaze. Enjoy immediately!
Tip
For a special aroma, you can also grill the peaches. A squeeze of lemon juice over the burrata provides extra freshness.
