Preparation method
First, line a plate with baking paper. Dip the frozen cherries individually into the natural yogurt until they are completely covered. Place the cherries on the prepared plate and put them in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie. To do this, fill a pot with some water and place a suitable bowl (made of glass or stainless steel) on top, without the bottom touching the water. Heat the water gently.
Break the chocolate into pieces and add it to the bowl along with the coconut oil. Once the water boils, reduce the heat and let the chocolate melt slowly, stirring constantly.
Chef's tip
Instead of cherries, you can also use strawberries or raspberries. Make sure the fruits are well frozen before coating them with chocolate.
