- 100 g oats
- 30 g whey protein vanilla
- 200 ml whole milk 3.5% fat
- 50 g fresh strawberries
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- 50 g fresh blueberries
- 10 g unsalted pistachios
- 1 sprig fresh mint
Place oats and milk in a small saucepan. Add 200 ml of water and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the porridge reaches the desired creamy consistency. This usually takes only a few minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Stir the protein powder smooth in a glass or shaker with 100 ml of water. Stir the protein mixture into the oatmeal. Adjust the consistency as desired with a little more milk or water. Pour the porridge into bowls.
Wash and clean the berries. Garnish the oatmeal with fresh berries, coarsely chopped pistachios, and plucked mint leaves, then enjoy immediately.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can simply replace cow's milk with an oat or almond drink and use a plant-based protein powder.
