First, prepare the herb butter. Mix the soft butter with the finely chopped herbs (chives, basil, coriander), add a pressed garlic clove, and lightly salt. Chill.

Lightly cut the top of the garlic bulb to expose the individual cloves. Drizzle with a little olive oil and lightly salt.

Halve and deseed the bell peppers.
