  • 300 g frozen forest berry mix
  • 50 ml milk (1.5% fat)

Peel the banana, cut it into pieces, and place it in a blender. Add the frozen forest berries and milk, then blend everything into a smooth, creamy mixture.

Divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls. Wash the strawberries and cut them into thin slices.

Garnish each bowl decoratively with the strawberry slices, rolled oats, fresh blueberries, and chia seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Chef's tip

For a sweeter note, you can add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to the blender.
