Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Slice tomatoes, zucchini, and onion thinly and halve them. Make 5–6 cuts lengthwise into the chicken breast fillets, about 1.5 cm deep (Hasselback style).

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Insert half a slice of zucchini, onion, and tomato alternately into each cut. Drizzle the prepared chicken breast fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs.

Chef's tip

Serve the Chicken Primavera with a fresh green salad or a portion of pasta for a complete meal.
