Chicken Skewers with Peanut Sauce

Preheat the grill or prepare a grill pan.

For the marinade, zest the lemon and squeeze out the juice. In a large bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, curry powder, soy sauce, and pepper.

Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat them dry, and cut them lengthwise into strips about 1 cm wide. Each breast yields about 3–4 strips.
