Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking paper and prepare 8 wooden skewers.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and the spring onions into fine rings. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat it dry, and cut it into approx. 2 cm cubes. Place the meat in a bowl.

Mix the meat with 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste. Thread the marinated meat cubes evenly onto the wooden skewers.
Chef's tip
For an extra crispy touch, you can brown the skewers under the oven's grill function for the last 2 minutes.
