Preparation method

Wash the apple thoroughly and finely grate it with the skin. Roughly chop the walnuts.

In a large bowl, mix the grated apple, chopped walnuts, and all other ingredients (oats, yogurt, milk, raisins, and cinnamon) well.

Cover the mixture and let it soak overnight (or for at least 6 hours) in the refrigerator.
