Preparation the evening before

Put the rolled oats, oat drink, soy yogurt, a pinch of salt, and ground cinnamon into a bowl or a sealable jar. Cut half of the banana into small pieces or mash it lightly and stir it into the mixture. Mix everything well.

Cover the bowl or seal the jar and place it in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours) so that the oats can absorb the liquid and the mixture becomes nicely creamy.

Serving in the morning

Take the overnight oats out of the refrigerator the next morning. If the consistency is too thick, you can stir in a splash more oat drink.
