Preparation method

Generously fill a highball glass or a copa glass with ice cubes.

Pour 4 cl Tanqueray London Dry Gin over the ice.

Top up with 12 cl chilled tonic water.

Chef's tip

For the best aroma, use a high-quality Indian Tonic Water and make sure that both the gin and the tonic are well pre-chilled.
