Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Then let them cool completely.
Place the roasted nuts in a clean kitchen towel and rub them vigorously together with your hands to remove the dark skins. Put the peeled nuts into a high-speed blender and grind them as finely as possible. Scrape the mixture down from the sides occasionally to create a uniformly smooth paste.
Add coconut oil, baking cocoa, maple syrup, and approx. 60 ml of water. Continue blending until all ingredients are combined into a smooth, creamy mass. If using a less powerful blender, take breaks occasionally to protect the appliance.
